What we collect

• Information you give us: only what you include when you email us (your address and the contents of your message). There are no user accounts on this site and we do not collect passwords.
• Information collected automatically: standard server log data including IP address, browser and device type, time of visit and referring page. This is used for traffic statistics and troubleshooting.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we set only the cookies needed for basic site function. Advertising and analytics cookies are set by third parties — see below.

Retention and security

Server logs are generally kept for no more than 12 months; email correspondence is retained only as long as needed. The site is served over HTTPS, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This site is aimed at adult travellers and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and flag anything significant prominently on the site.
